The Fine Print:
- Not all claims are considered manufacturing defects. Common issues not covered include discoloration due to exposure, wear and tear from normal usage, accidental damage, and stones falling out due to wear-related causes.
- Discoloration or fading from exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, or harsh chemicals is not covered.
